Juan Carlos Ferrero shows us good tennis once again with a defeat
number 7 seed Tommy Robredo from Spain.

Juan Carlos Ferrero improves to a 3-2 record against Tommy Robredo with a fast 2 set match 6-3, 6-2.

Juan Carlos is playing good this year. Former number one tennis player in the world has move up more then 80 spots in the South African Airways 2009 ATP Rankings since May to re-enter the top 30. Last year he had a lot of problems with his injuries but this year it seems he is coming back with already winning one title at Casablanca, playing in Umag Open final last week, quater finals at Wimbledon.
As a big fan that makes me really happy. It is a pleasure watching him play good. Vamos champion.

ANOTHER WIN FOR FERRERO AT WIMBLEDON 2009

Juan Carlos Ferrero is using his wild card at Wimbledon 2009 really good. He defeated Giles Simon today 7-5 (7-4), 6-3 and 6-2. Juan Carlos served 7 aces and had 29 winners. His 1st serve % was 60% and he was able to convert 19 of 23 net approaches. His fastest serve today was 125 MPH.

Juan Carlos Ferrero defeated a lot of good playes so far at Wimbledon and in next round he has a new strong chalenge in Andy Murray who is playing great. They met in Queens the last time not long ago where Murray won.

With todays win Juan Carlos Ferrero became the first wild card since Goran Ivanisevic in 2001 to make the quarter-finals at Wimbledon.

Andy Murray beat Stanislas Wawrinka in 5 set match 2-6, 6-3, 6-3, 5-7 and 6-3.
Tommy Hass and Novak Djokovic will be playing each other in quater finals after they both won in 3 set matches today. Tommy Hass : Igor Andreev 7-6 (10-8), 6-4, 6-4, Novak Djokovic : Dudi Sela 6-2, 6-4 and 6-1.

Number 2 seed Roger Federer defeated Robin Soderling 6-4, 7-6 (7-5), 7-6 (7-5). And croatian tennis player Ivo Karlovic was able to send home spaniard Fernando Verdasco in 4 set match 7-6 (7-5), 6-7 (4-7), 6-3 and 7-6 ( 11-9).

My favorite tennis players David Ferrer and Juan Carlos Ferrero are playing really good at Wimbledon 2009.


Juan Carlos Ferrero was playing really good in his first round match, deafeating Mikhail Youzhny in 3 set match 6:3, 7:6 and 6:3. He served 6 aces and had 41 winners. His winning % on 1st serve was 78% and on 2nd serve 73%. He converted 5 of 5 break pints and his sucess at the net was 80%. His fastest serve that day was 126 MPH.

Today Juan Carlos continued with his good game and defeated Fabrice Santoro from France 6:7, 6:3, 6:4 and 6:3. Todays match statistics for Juan Carlos show 7 aces, 68 winners, winning % on 1st serve 80% and 2nd serve 64%. Juan Carlos was playing good but was unable to convert many break points today. He only converted 6 of 19 break points.

In his second round David Ferrer was playing with italian Fabio Fognini who he defeated in 3 set match 6:2, 6:2 and 6:3. David served 3 aces, had 14 winners and 24 double faults. His winning % on 1st serve was 71% and on his 2nd serve 53%. He had some problems converting his break points - he converted 8 of 17 break points but his game win was fast and pretty easy. Good win David! In next round Ferrer will be playing with Radek Stepanek who defeated Potito Starace in 5 set match.
